

Cancellation Policy
At Aesthetic Arts Medical Spa, we reserve dedicated time for every patient. To provide the highest level of care and accommodate all scheduled appointments, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellation
Appointments must be confirmed by 5:00 PM on the business day prior to your scheduled appointment.
If we do not receive confirmation by this time, your appointment may be canceled to allow another patient the opportunity to schedule.

Same-Day Cancellations
Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or may need to be rescheduled depending on provider availability. The cancellation fee may apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival.

Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
